| GRADUATES: HIGH SCHOOL AND COLLEGE Brittini Bolden will graduate from The University of Arkansas at Little Rock, AR in December, 2007, with a BA in Business Management. William Bolden, Jr., graduated from Indiana University of South Bend on May 9th, 2006. William made the Dean’s list while attending I.U.S.B. and he is also an assistant coach for the men’s basketball team. Carlos R. Bolden will graduate from medical school at Northwestern University, Feinberg School of Medicine in May of 2008 and will be working in the surgical field of obstetrics and genecology. Nicole Stewart (soon to be Bolden) graduated from Case Western Reserve University Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences with a Master of Science in social administration (MSSA) which is the case equivalent of a Master of Social work degree (MSW). Nikki is currently with the Chicago Public School System as a math teacher. Leonard Jor-el Simpson graduated from Riley High School - class of 2006 and successfully completed his 1st year of college at Purdue University. He’s majoring in Personal Fitness Training. Harry Simpson graduated from Riley High School – class of 2007 and was accepted at Purdue University where he will major in Construction Management. Harry also received Riley High School Scholarship and Indiana Black Exp Scholarship. Jeremy Bolden graduated from Parkview Magnet High School and plans to attend Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, AR. Phillip Charles Joubert, Jr., graduated from Brien McMahon High School on June 18th, 2007 and plans to continue his education with an emphasis on music. Brittanique Walker graduated from Brien McMahon High School on June 18th, 2007 and will continue her studies at Norwalk Community College, Norwalk, CT. Mychael Jefferson Bolden graduated Cum Laude from John Adams High School. He’s also attending Purdue University’s summer program and will begin his freshman year with 11 credits. Mychael also received a number of scholarship awards. Brittney Bolden successfully completed two years at Notre Dame University. Marcus Bolden successfully completed his first year of Medical School in Indianapolis, Indiana. Stephen Skyler Omega Bynes graduated from Brien McMahon high school in 2006 and is presently working as a computer Sales Specialist at Best Buy and was named Computer Salesperson of the month for top-notch sales; will be getting his 2nd raise in 3 months and is scheduled to attend Norwalk Community College this fall majoring in English and Computer Science. Thomas Linzell Bynes, III now resides in Dothan, Alabama, works at Southeast Alabama Medical Center in the Dietary Department with goals of working in The Human Relations office. Phyllis Bolden graduated with a (3.4)gpa) from WIU (Western International University) with an Associate of Arts in Business on July 6th, 2007. Phyllis will resume studies in November at the University of Phoenix majoring in Psychology (for B.A. degree); has been nominated to run a second term as City Councilwoman; Officer Manager of three locations. Sad new, her MinPin, PrincessRita died in February 2007 after being hit by a car. (I still cry) |
